As third-grade students, we wrote articles in English about our school events and club activities for our homepage. We would like to share some of them with you. We hope you enjoy reading them and getting to know us better.

School Events

School Trip

　 Every year, third-year students go on a school trip in spring.  It's one of the major events in our school. We visit many places in Kansai and learn many things. This year, we went to some temples.  We learned about Japanese history. You can strengthen your friendships.  We can enjoy it more than that of the elementary school.

Sports Day

  Every year we have Sports Day in September.  It is fun for us to run with our classmates.  We have relay races and dance performances.

  Every year, we have a sport day in September.  There are various events such as grade events and student council events.  We have fun together with classmates.  It is one of the most memorable events.

School Festival

　Every year, we have a school festival on November 3rd.  Many people including elementary school students come and enjoy our festival.  We have a chorus contest and performances.  We will practice very hard to make them better.  If you come to our festival, you can enjoy it.

Club Activities

Kendo

 Our kendo team practices five days a week.  This year, our team got the 3rd place in the local tournament.  We welcome beginners.  Let's enjoy kendo together!

Soccer

  Our soccer team practices five days a week. We won the prefectural 4th place in our retirement match.  Have you ever played soccer? We welcome beginners!  If you practice hard, you can be a starting player. 

Hojo Junior High School's soccer club practices five days a week.  We take part in some games in a year, and we won the league match in winter. We are good friends.  Now we have only two members, so we need new members.  We welcome beginners!  You can be a starting player.

Basketball(girls)

  Our basketball team practices five days a week.  We have won the 4th place in a local competition.  We welcome beginners.

Basketball(boys)

  Our basketball team practices five days a week. We have won the championship twice in the local tournament. We welcome beginners.

Baseball

  Our baseball tea practices four days a week.  This year, we got the 3rd place in the local tournament.  Have you ever played baseball?  We welcome beginners!

Table tennis

  Our table tennis team practices five days a week.  We take part in the local tournament every year.  Have you ever played table tennis?  We welcome beginners!  If you practice hard, you can be a starting player.

Badminton

  Our badminton team practices five days a week.  Our team took the third place this year. Our team is interesting because we have many unique people.  Let's enjoy badminton together!

Brass band

  Our brass band practices five days a week.  We take part in the summer brass concert and a contest every summer.  We got gold prize 2 years in a row.  Team members are very good.  You don't have to have your own musical instrument.  We welcome beginners.

  Our brass band practices five or six days a week.  We perform in various palaces in Hokuei.  We welcome beginners. If you are interested, come to the music room on the third floor.  Let's enjoy music with us.
